Ingredients
1/2 c water
1/3 c white vinegar
1 TB soy sauce
1/3 c granulated sugar
1 TB corn starch
Optional: add mandarin orange segments or pineapple tidbits
Directions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan, whisking to combine. Bring to a boil over M heat, stirring constantly.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Note: When doubling the sauce, do not fully double the vinegar or it will be too sour.
Serve with fried wontons or with stir fry (chicken or fish work well).
