Spicy Tangy Asian Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 TB sesame oil

  • 1-2 TB red chili paste, sriracha, or combination of Sichuanese chili oil and other chili paste

  • 2 TB Chinese black vinegar

  • 2 TB Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 TB soy sauce

  • 1-3 TB seasoned rice vinegar (to taste)

  • 1 TB oyster sauce or Hoisin sauce (optional -- adds sweetness)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover with a lid and shake to combine.

  2. Adjust sweetness and vinegar by adding oyster/Hoisin sauce and rice vinegar.

  3. Use with Stir Fried Noodles.

Note: Keeps in the fridge for up to a week.
