Ingredients
1 TB sesame oil
1-2 TB red chili paste, sriracha, or combination of Sichuanese chili oil and other chili paste
2 TB Chinese black vinegar
2 TB Worcestershire sauce
3 TB soy sauce
1-3 TB seasoned rice vinegar (to taste)
1 TB oyster sauce or Hoisin sauce (optional -- adds sweetness)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover with a lid and shake to combine.
Adjust sweetness and vinegar by adding oyster/Hoisin sauce and rice vinegar.
Use with Stir Fried Noodles.
Note: Keeps in the fridge for up to a week.
