Baked Halibut with Lemon Garlic Butter
Serves 2 Ingredients 2 (5 oz) halibut fillets 1/2 c salted butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 TB parsley, chopped 2 TB chives, chopped 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 lemon, sliced into 2 sliced and 4 wedges Directions Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Pat halibut fillets dry and debone, if necessary. Melt butter. Mix in garlic, parsley, chives, salt and pepper. Stir until the salt dissolves.
