Ingredients For the batter 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour 1 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 2 large eggs 3/4 c warm water 3/4 c buttermilk 3 TB oil 1 tsp vanilla extract For the glaze 2/3 c heavy cream 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped finely 1 TB corn syrup Directions Preheat oven to 350ºF.
